Up Adjustment Filing. If any Non-Routine True-Up Adjustment Filing is denied by the PSCWV, the Servicer shall notify the Issuer, the Indenture Trustee and the Rating Agencies (not later than five days after the Servicer’s receipt of the PSCWV’s order denying such Non-Routine True-Up Adjustment Filing).
