Salary Adjustment. The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

Salary Adjustment. The Executive's Base Salary will be reviewed from time to time in accordance with the established procedures of the Company for adjusting salaries for similarly situated employees and may be adjusted in the sole discretion of the Company.

Salary Adjustment. (a) The supplemental salary shall be increased or decreased by the Board from time to time as necessary so that the District Superintendent’s total salary comprised of the State of New York share and the supplemental salary equals the total combined annual salary of $208,250 for the 2023-2024 school year, and such other total combined annual salary as may be established for any subsequent school year. (b) The Board retains the right to increase the total combined annual salary of the District Superintendent during the term of his employment by the BOCES. The total combined annual salary shall not be less than that paid to the District Superintendent in any prior period. However, under no circumstances may such adjustment result in total salary exceeding the statutory salary cap prescribed by Education Law §1950(4)(2). (c) The District Superintendent is the leader of the regional educational community and in such capacity he is expected to show such leadership in controlling and/or reducing educational costs, including salaries, if State, National and/or World economic or other conditions dictate. As such, there may be occasions when, if other BOCES employees are willing to forego wage increases, or accept a reduction in pay, that a mutual agreement may be reached between the District Superintendent and the BOCES Board to establish an appropriate reduction in his salary to help address such economic or other conditions impacting the BOCES and the local districts. (d) Any adjustment in the supplemental salary or the total combined annual salary made during the term of the District Superintendent’s employment shall be in the form of an amendment to, and shall become a part of, this Agreement; provided, however, that by so doing, it shall not be considered that the BOCES has entered into a new agreement with the District Superintendent, nor that the termination date of this Agreement has been extended. However, the BOCES may, by specific action, amend this Agreement to extend the termination date of this Agreement if such extension is permitted by state law.

Salary Adjustment. 1. Employees will be eligible for consideration for a salary adjustment within their salary ranges upon: a. Successful completion of a probationary period for probationary employees, or successful completion of a qualifying period for promoted permanent or permanent-intermittent employees. Employees successfully completing their probationary or qualifying period shall only be eligible to receive a three percent (3%) salary adjustment; and b. Each anniversary date of his/her employment in such class annually thereafter until the top of the salary range is reached in that class. An employee shall be eligible for this adjustment whether occurring at the same or separate time as the probation or qualifying adjustment prescribed above. The anniversary date is normally considered to be that date an employee commences work in that classification to which he/she has been most recently appointed. In the event of an early salary adjustment, the employee’s anniversary date will be changed to the effective date of the salary adjustment. Annual reviews shall be conducted annually as close to an employee’s anniversary date as possible. 2. For the purpose of determining eligibility for annual salary adjustments, employees shall meet expected performance standards as described in Section 3. Upon meeting such requirements, employees shall then be eligible for a salary adjustment. Approved salary adjustments shall be processed for payment within 90 calendar days following approval. Employees shall receive their annual salary adjustment of a four percent (4%) increase unless the employee (1) has received a final written warning or a suspension during the evaluation period, or (2) has a violation of Article 36 of this agreement that results in suspension of leave without pay during the evaluation period, or (3) has a severe FAA or Homeland Security Act Violation during the evaluation period, or (4) is in leave without pay status for over six (6) months of the evaluation period. An employee must receive an interim evaluation if they are to be denied a salary adjustment. The maximum time period for a loss of a salary adjustment shall be one evaluation period for a final written warning and/or suspension. An employee shall be informed in writing of the specific reason(s) for the denial of a salary adjustment. Salary Adjustment. (a) An employee assigned to a position at the same or higher level, or for training under Article 38.04, shall continue to be paid at his or her level until such time as the employee successfully completes training, at which time, the employee’s salary shall be maintained or adjusted, whichever is the case; (b) If the assignment is to a lower level position, or for training at a lower level under Article 38.04, the employee shall be paid at the lower level and his or her salary adjusted accordingly as of the reporting date.
