Common use of Up of Reporting and Analytics Dashboards Clause in Contracts

Up of Reporting and Analytics Dashboards. The scope for initial delivery of Reporting and Analytics Dashboards is defined within the Service Order but the details of each report will be defined by the Functional Requirements Document (FRD) as mutually agreed by Parties during the Build Phase. Mercatus will deliver to those requirements via its Services during ICS. Included in the Platform License is the ability for Customer to build, manage and configure its own Reporting and Analytics Dashboards (termed "Professional Analytics" or also referred to as "Pro Analytics"). Following launch, Customer has the option to transition management and configuration of Reporting and Analytics Dashboards from Mercatus to its own resource(s) utilizing the Mercatus University Certification process for Reporting Manager. Regardless of if and when Reporting and Analytics Dashboards management is transitioned, Mercatus will always be available to support Customer via the on-demand Services defined in Exhibit D. o Set-Up of Compliance and Workflow Tracking: This includes defining the workflows of data inputs into the system and / or the list of required documents or needs from external parties to remain compliant. The outcome of this step is typically a list of tasks with assignees and dates, specified independently at each Entity Type. o Set-Up of Financial Model: Included in the Platform License is Mercatus’ embedded financial modelling functionality. For Services deployment and based on scope in Agreement, Mercatus will build an Excel template in conjunction with the Data Definition and Field Setup requirements above that will be integrated into the Platform. Mercatus will then train Customer’s Platform Administration team to embed this Excel template within their existing Project and Asset models to effectively connect these into the Platform’s workflow. Should Customer require support in making updates or connections with their financial models, Mercatus Professional Services team is available as per Exhibit D of this Agreement as a separate scope.
