Common use of Updated Project Budget Clause in Contracts

Architect shall use its Preliminary Project Budget and expertise and experience with the Project to establish an updated estimate of probable construction costs, containing detail consistent with the Design Development Documents as set forth herein and containing a breakdown based on types of materials and specifications identified herein ("Architect's Updated Project Budget").
