Additional Documentation Execute and deliver, or cause to be executed and delivered, any and all other agreements, instruments or documents which Lender may reasonably request in order to give effect to the transactions contemplated under this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents.
Original Document This Agreement may be executed in four counterparts, each of which when executed and delivered shall constitute an original of this Agreement.

Organizational Documents The Company has furnished to the Buyers true, correct and complete copies of the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation, as amended and as in effect on the date hereof (the “Certificate of Incorporation”), and the Company’s bylaws, as amended and as in effect on the date hereof (the “Bylaws”), and the terms of all Convertible Securities and the material rights of the holders thereof in respect thereto.
LEGAL DOCUMENTS Offeror should submit any agreement for products and/or services which may be required by their organization to enter into a contract with Xxxxxxx County. The awarded vendor will be required to execute an agreement with Xxxxxxx County which finalizes the terms and conditions set forth in their response, best and final offer, and any negotiations between the Offeror and Xxxxxxx County. Legal Documentation Pursuant to The DMB Act (Public Act 431, as amended) all leases must be approved as to legal form by the Attorney General’s office, which includes the submission of documentation necessary to evidence legal authority of Bidder to enter into the lease agreement, including the signatory’s authority to bind. For your convenience, a guideline indicating necessary legal documentation is included with this RFP. Failure to provide appropriate legal documentation may result in your proposal being rejected.
Historical Documents Prior to the Disaffiliation Date, the Local Church will work with the Archives for the Annual Conference to turn over originals or acceptable copies (whether hard copy or electronic) of church archives, membership rolls, and other historical documents related to funerals, baptisms, weddings, minutes, etc., of the Local Church for archiving with the Annual Conference.
Additional Documents On or prior to the Closing Date or the Additional Closing Date, as the case may be, the Company shall have furnished to the Representatives such further certificates and documents as the Representatives may reasonably request. All opinions, letters, certificates and evidence mentioned above or elsewhere in this Agreement shall be deemed to be in compliance with the provisions hereof only if they are in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to counsel for the Underwriters.
Required Fiscal Documentation A. Prior to execution of this Agreement, Contractor will have submitted to County for review and approval an annual budget covering all contracted services under this Agreement.
Medical Documentation The teacher must supply a letter from a medical 3 doctor, who treated the patient, stating that in his/her opinion, there is a strong 4 probability that the illness was contracted at school.
