Notice of Readiness definition

Notice of Readiness means a valid notice of readiness served by the owner of the Nominated Vessel pursuant to the Vessel Charter party stating, amongst other things, that the Nominated Vessel is ready to load in all respects (including physically and legally).
Notice of Readiness has the meaning given in Clause 7.3.6.
Notice of Readiness or “NOR” means the notice that User shall cause the master of an LNG vessel or its agent to give to Terminal Operator confirming the LNG Carrier is ready to proceed to berth and ready to transfer cargo subject to the requirements of clause 10.4.6.

  • After or simultaneously with the provision of the initial punchlist, the Contractor shall give the Design Professional and Owner written Notice of Readiness for Inspection for Material Completion in the following words: “The work on the Contract for the [SHOW NAME OF PROJECT AS IT APPEARS IN THE CONTRACT] having been materially completed, it is requested that an Inspection for Material Completion be made promptly by the Design Professional in accordance with Section 6 of the General Requirements.

Notice of Readiness or “NOR” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.
