UPFRONT DEPOSIT AND REGISTRATION FEE. The Lessee shall on signature of this agreement pay an upfront registration fee to the Lessor of a sum equal to the amount recorded in 1.9 of the Schedule. On signature hereof the Lessee shall pay the deposit to the Lessor, which will be refunded within 7 days after termination of the agreement after deducting any damages to the premises, if applicable, subject to paragraph 20
