Uploading Content. Any Content you upload to your Organization or the Tools will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. You retain any ownership rights in your Content, but you agree and warrant that we may use, store and copy that Content, and distribute it and make it available to third parties as described in this Agreement. Subject to our obligations under applicable privacy laws, you grant us the right to disclose your identity to any third party who is claiming that any Content uploaded by you violates their intellectual property rights or their right to privacy. We retain the right to remove any Content you upload where we consider this to be defamatory or where there is a claim by a third party that such Content is in breach of their intellectual property rights. Uploading Content. The Site may enable users to post, submit, publish, display or transmit to other users content (collectively, "User Contributions"). All User Contributions, and any website on which a link to the Site appears (a "Linked Site"), must comply with the following Content Standards: User Contributions and Linked Sites must in their entirety comply with all applicable federal, state, local and international laws and regulations.
