Upon Discharge of Obligations. Upon the payment in full of the Senior Obligations in respect of which it is acting as Senior Representative, the Security Trustee shall, without any further action on its part, be relieved of any obligation under this Agreement with respect to such discharged Senior Obligations and this Agreement shall continue in effect as an agreement among the remaining Secured Parties.
