Upon Tenant’s. full compliance with the provisions of Section 6, and if Landlord determines that there are no applicable or claimed stop notices (or any other statutory or equitable liens of anyone performing any of Tenant Work or providing materials for Tenant Work) or actions thereon, Landlord shall disburse the applicable portion of the Allowance as follows:
