Upon termination of Clause Samples
Upon termination of the Contract or a relevant order or upon written request submitted by the disclosing Party, whichever comes first, the receiving Party shall return or destroy, at the disclosing Party’s choice, all of the disclosing Party’s Confidential Information.
Upon termination of the Executive's employment by the Bank for Cause, the Executive shall pay to the Bank, or shall cause to be paid to the Bank from the Policy to the extent of the Cash Value, the portion of the cumulative Policy premiums paid by the Bank as of the effective date of the Executive's termination of employment. To the extent that such Cash Value is less than the cumulative Policy premiums paid by the Bank as of such date, the Executive shall be liable for the balance.
Upon termination of employment an employee shall receive a payment (pro-rated) of vacation leave earned.
Upon termination of this Agreement, LICENSEE shall no longer have the right to grant sublicenses to Sub-Licensees.
Upon termination of the specific purposes in question the Receiving Party shall promptly return, or at the Supplying Party’s request destroy, any of the Supplying Party’s Materials in its possession or control received by it.
