Common use of Upon termination of Owner Clause in Contracts

Upon termination of Owner. s rights to use the "Isle of Capri" name and xxxx for any reason hereunder, Owner shall immediately take steps to effect a change of its trade marks, service marks, trade names and assumed names so as to remove from it the words "Isle of Capri" or any confusingly similar xxxx or terms.
