Common use of Upstream and Downstream Transporters Clause in Contracts

Upstream and Downstream Transporters. Customer shall make, or cause to be made, all necessary arrangements with other pipelines or parties upstream of the Receipt Point(s) or downstream of the Delivery Point(s) in order to effectuate Company's receipt or delivery of Customer's gas. Company's obligations are subject to Customer making such necessary arrangements set forth in the immediately preceding sentence, and such arrangements must be coordinated with Company.
