Upstream and Downstream. Channel Views — Photographs to document the condition of the channel upstream and downstream of the structure. Photographs must be taken from the deck whenever possible. Photographs must capture a small portion of the structure edge or rail to give an indication of the channel’s approach and departure angles relative to the side of the bridge.
