Upward Transfers. 13.4.1 Any employee who transfers to a classification on a higher pay range as defined in Section 14.8 shall serve a twelve (12) month probationary period. If a probationary employee will have completed at least six (6) months of service by June 30th in the assignment to which he or she has transferred, the District may grant that employee permanent status at that time. 13.4.2
