Common use of URL Blocking Clause in Contracts

URL Blocking. During the Term, Google shall use commercially reasonable efforts to exclude from Ads served under this Agreement Ads that contain the URLs specified by the Customer (the “URL Blocklist”). Customer may update the URL Blocklist from time to time, but no more often than once per calendar quarter, upon written notice to Google, and Google shall use commercially reasonable efforts to implement such updates to the URL Blocklist within thirty (30) calendar days. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Customer understands that Google cannot and does not make any representation, warranty or covenant that no Ads shall contain any of the URLs listed in the URL Blocklist.
