U.S. Government Encryption and Decryption Authorizations. For the avoidance of doubt, Contractor shall be responsible for all work and effort associated with applying for and obtaining any U.S. government licenses, approvals or certifications associated with encryption and decryption capabilities incorporated in the Deliverable Items, as set forth in the Statement of Work. Purchaser shall provide on a timely basis cooperation reasonably necessary in support of Contractor’s efforts to obtain any such licenses, approvals or certifications.
