(a) Computershare will compare, as frequently as is consistent with industry best practice, Appropriate List Matching Data (as defined in Section 1.15(c) below) contained in Computershare databases which are maintained for the Fund pursuant to the Agreement (“Fund Data”) to “U.S. Government Lists”, which is hereby defined to mean the following:
