Common use of U.S. GOVERNMENT RIGHTS AND REQUIREMENTS Clause in Contracts

U.S. GOVERNMENT RIGHTS AND REQUIREMENTS. Licensee understands that this Agreement is subject to all of the terms and conditions of 35 U.S.C. §§ 200-212, ("The Xxxx-Xxxx Act") and 37 C.F.R. § 401. Licensee agrees to take all reasonable action necessary to enable University to satisfy its obligations thereunder. Licensee shall use commercially diligent efforts to cause any Licensed Products subject to the Xxxx-Xxxx Act to be manufactured substantially in the United States.
