Common use of U.S. REGULATORY APPROVAL Clause in Contracts

U.S. REGULATORY APPROVAL. ChemTrak shall keep Selfcare informed of the progress of efforts to obtain Regulatory Approval from the U.S. FDA. ChemTrak will notify Selfcare promptly of any delays in obtaining approval and consult with Selfcare on the resolution of any outstanding issues. At the sole option of Selfcare, Selfcare may terminate the Agreement upon sixty (60) days notice if ChemTrak fails to obtain Regulatory Approval in the United States within one year of the Effective Date.
