Common use of USAC Data Clause in Contracts

USAC Data. Within thirty (30) calendar days after delivery of the Exit Plan, and again upon completion of the Exit Transition, Vendor will deliver to USAC or its designee all USAC Data (in electronic and hardcopy form) in the commercially available format reasonably requested by USAC, including without limitation all backup, archived, historical and Disaster recovery data, customer and other records, emails, web site content and data pertaining to USAC or any Program Participant in any Vendor database.
