USAGE AND BXXX CALCULATION. The Servicer shall (a) obtain a calculation of each Customer’s usage (which may be based on data obtained from such Customer’s meter read or on usage estimates) at least once each Billing Period; and (b) calculate such Customers’ respective Phase-In-Recovery Charges as such charges may change from time to time pursuant to the True-Up Adjustments.
