Usage and Reporting. Employees may carry over up to the amount of vacation time that they accrued in the immediately preceding fiscal year. Vacation earned prior to June 30, 2004 is not subject to this section and may continue to carry over. Back to back vacations from one year to the next resulting in vacation period longer than the Employee would otherwise be entitled in any one year are not permitted except in unusual circumstances with the prior approval of the supervisor. Each Employee shall be informed of their unused accrued vacation on their paycheck. .
