Usage During Summer School. No sick leave is earned or accrued during summer school; however, unit members employed for summer school may utilize sick leave which was earned or accrued during the regular school year. Such benefits shall be payable at the regular summer school rate of pay and charged against the unit member’s sick leave on the basis of one-half day of sick leave for each day of summer school absence.
