Usage Guidelines and Required Approvals. The Licensed Party’s use of the Granting Party’s Marks will strictly comply with the Granting Party’s reasonable written trademark usage policies communicated to the Licensed Party from time to time, including the use of proper notices and legends. The Licensed Party will obtain the Granting Party’s prior written approval of all uses of the Granting Party’s Marks, which approval may be granted or withheld in the Granting Party’s discretion, not to be unreasonably withheld. The Granting Party may withdraw any approval of any use of its Marks at any time in its reasonable discretion, although no such withdrawal will require the recall of any previously published or distributed written materials.
