Common use of Usage; Ratecard Clause in Contracts

Usage; Ratecard. Subject to the allocation agreed by the Parties from time to time, Label shall be entitled to utilize the **** during each **** of the Term to **** on the Ad Supported Service. Label shall be entitled to purchase inventory at Company’s **** rate card, being the ****, allowing **** to purchase **** from Company at such rates, excluding any amounts included therein by or on behalf of Company in respect of advertising sales commissions (the “Global Agency Rate Card”).
