USAN. Within [ * ] after the Effective Date, BMS and Eiger shall take all reasonably necessary actions (including the filing of any necessary forms) for the United States Adopted Names Council to remove BMS and include Eiger as the manufacturer of the Licensed Compounds and Licensed Products. Eiger shall be solely responsible for the payment all related fees.
