USCC Formation. The Parties shall establish a commercialization committee for Commercializing the Licensed Products in the U.S. (the “U.S. Commercialization Committee” or “USCC”) no later than the date when the first patient is enrolled in the first Phase 3 Study to be conducted for the first Licensed Product. The JSC shall determine the size of the USCC and the frequency and location of its meeting at the time the USCC is established.
