Foreign Exchange PFPC Trust and/or sub-custodians may enter into or arrange foreign exchange transactions (at such rates as they may consider appropriate) in order to facilitate transactions under this Agreement, and such entities and/or their affiliates may receive compensation in connection with such foreign exchange transactions.
Foreign Exchange Risk Any foreign currency investments and exposures would normally be hedged via the use of forward foreign exchange contracts and/or currency options or preferably by a natural hedge with foreign pay liabilities of the Insurance Company. Unhedged foreign investments will be limited to 10% of invested assets at cost if judged appropriate. Unhedged exposure above this amount must be approved by the Investment Committee.
Purchase Order Flip via Ariba Network (AN) The online process allows suppliers to submit invoices via the AN for catalog and non- catalog goods and services. Contractors have the ability to create an invoice directly from their Inbox in their AN account by simply “flipping” the purchase order into an invoice. This option does not require any special software or technical capabilities. Local Interconnection Data Exchange for Billing 7.7.1 There are certain types of calls or types of Interconnection that require exchange of Billing records between the Parties, including, for example, alternate billed and Toll Free Service calls. The Parties agree that all call types must be routed between the networks, accounted for, and settled among the Parties. Certain calls will be handled via the Parties' respective operator service platforms. Trunk Data Exchange 65.9.1 Each Party agrees to service trunk groups to the blocking criteria in Section 64.3.4 in a timely manner when trunk groups exceed measured blocking thresholds on an average time consistent busy hour for a twenty- one (21) Day study period. DELIVERY, STORAGE, AND HANDLING The Contractor shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery to ensure that no damage occurred during shipping or handling for furnish and installation projects. For equipment only purchases, the ordering entity shall be responsible to inspect all components on delivery. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.
