Use and Condition of the Premises. (a) The Premises shall be used by Licensee only for the installation, construction, repair, maintenance, operation, use and removal of the Facilities and for no other purpose without the prior written consent of the City, which consent may be withheld by the City at its sole discretion.

Use and Condition of the Premises.
