Use and Disclosure of Personal Information. .1 The Consultant must ensure that no use or disclosure may be made of the personal information obtained by or provided to the Consultant for any purpose other than what is needed to carry out this contract unless the Consultant has received the prior express written authorization for doing so from The Town of Peace River.
