Common use of Use and Disposal Clause in Contracts

Use and Disposal. Client represents and warrants to Catalent that Client will hold, use and/or dispose of products and other materials provided by Catalent in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations. Client grants Catalent full authority to use any Client-supplied materials for purposes of the Project.
