Use and Nondisclosure. Licensee shall not use or permit the use of Technical Information for any purpose not authorized by this Agreement. Licensee shall hold in confidence, and shall not disclose or communicate or permit to be disclosed or communicated to any third person, any Technical Information which is furnished to Licensee hereunder except in accordance with Sections 3.6 and 3.7. Licensee shall take or cause to be taken all necessary precautions to the same extent that it would with its own technical information, but in no event less than a reasonable standard of care, to prevent the disclosure or communication of Technical Information to third persons.
