Common use of USE AND USERS Clause in Contracts

Idaho Digital Learning Blended Consortium membership provides annual access to Idaho Digital Learning technologies, digital content, and professional development as outlined in Appendix A, and/or B. The maximum number of Users purchased by Member limits the number of Users. Member may create Users at any time. A User is created when Member provides username login access to Learning Management System (LMS). A User is a student, teacher, staff member, administrator or school official that has a LMS username. If Member exceeds purchased users, Member will be bumped to next user band as outlined in Appendix A Fee Matrix.
