Use by Authorized Users. You may allow third parties to use the Cloud Service solely on Your behalf for Your internal operations. You are responsible for ensuring that all Authorized Users comply with the terms of this Agreement and You are liable for any breach of this Agreement by Your Authorized Users. If You have purchased the Cloud Service under a Cisco buying program, further restrictions may apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, You must ensure that third parties using the Cloud Service on Your behalf bring all claims related to the Cloud Service through You and waive all claims directly against Cisco related to those claims.
Use by Authorized Users. Client is responsible for ensuring each Authorized User's and each Client Location's compliance with the terms and conditions of this Master Agreement and all applicable national, state, and local laws, rules and regulations, including, but not limited to, compliance with, where applicable, HIPAA, the HITECH Act and GDPR.

Use by Authorized Users. You may allow Authorized Users to use the Software solely on Your behalf for Your internal operations. You are responsible for ensuring that Authorized Users comply with the terms of this XXXX and You are liable for any breach of the same by such Authorized Users. If You have purchased the Software under a particular Cisco buying program, further restrictions may apply. To the extent permitted by applicable law, You must ensure that third parties using the Software on Your behalf bring all claims related to the Software to through You and waive all claims directly against Cisco related to those claims.
Use by Authorized Users. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, use of Mobile Check Deposit by you and any person to whom any of you deliver your Online/Mobile Banking PIN is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Use by Authorized Users. Customer may allow third parties to use the Current Services solely on Customer’s behalf for Customer’s internal operations. Customer is responsible for ensuring that all Authorized Users comply with the terms of this Agreement and Customer is liable for any breach of this Agreement by Customer’s Authorized Users. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Customer must ensure that third parties using the Application Services on Customer’s be half bring all claims related to the Application Services through Customer and waive all claims directly against Current related to those claims. Customer is responsible for all activities that occur under Customer’s account, regardless of whether the activities are undertaken by Customer, Customer’s Authorized Users and, except to the extent caused by Current’s breach of this Agreement, Current and its Affiliates are not responsible for unauthorized access to Customer’s account. Customer will contact Current immediately if Customer believes, or has reason to believe, an unauthorized person may be using Customer’s account or if Customer’s account information is lost or stolen.
Use by Authorized Users. Except as otherwise required by applicable law, use of e-Deposit by you and any person to whom any of you deliver your Mobile Banking PIN is subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Use by Authorized Users. You may (subject to, and only to the extent of, the license rights granted to you in Section 1.1 above) permit your Authorized Users to use the Software, ASP Services and/or Documentation for such purpose. You may provide access to, or copies of, the Documentation to your Authorized Users as necessary for, and in conjunction with, your authorized use of the Software and/or ASP Services, and may abridge or condense the Documentation in connection therewith, provided that the copyright to any derivative work shall belong to the Company and you shall reproduce with such copy or work any trade-xxxx, copyright and other notices, or any other indicia of ownership contained in, or associated with, the Documentation. You acknowledge and agree that you shall be responsible and liable for all uses made by you or your Authorized Users of the Software, ASP Services, or Documentation. Use by Authorized Users. You may create Authorized Users for DriveIT based on the number of users subscribed by you on the order form, provided that:-
(a) You shall be fully responsible for ensuring that such Authorized Users comply with this XXXX and the System Business Blueprint; and
(b) You shall be liable towards TC ITECH for any breach of this XXXX and/or the System Business Blueprint by such Authorized Users. Any proposed changes to the number of Authorized Users shall be subject to prior notice of at least fourteen (14) days, and the acceptance by TC ITECH of such changes. Upon TC ITECH’s acceptance, the subscription fee payable by You for the use DriveIT shall be adjusted accordingly based on the revised number of Authorized User.
Use by Authorized Users. 1. When the Customer intends to make an Authorized User use the Service, the Customer shall submit beforehand an application to the Company by the method prescribed by the Company and obtain consent of the Company.
2. The Customer shall submit to the Company documents specifying the form and purpose of usage of the Service or a certified copy of register of the Authorized User concerned, when the Company deems it necessary.
3. The Customer may make an Authorized User use the Service when and after the Company gives consent to usage of the Service by said Authorized User pursuant to the provision of Paragraph 1.
4. The Customer shall cause an Authorized User to observe the following matters:
(1) The Authorized User shall observe the provisions of these Regulations;
(2) When the Service Contract between the Company and the Customer terminates for whatever reason, or when the provision of the Service is suspended or discontinued or terminated, the provision of the Service to the Authorized User shall also terminate simultaneously, and the Authorized User can not use the Service thereafter;
(3) The Authorized User shall not cause a third party to use the Service;
(4) The Company may, without obtaining consent of the Authorized User, disclose to a subcontractor of the Company information related to the Authorized User (including, without limitation, confidential information) to the extent necessary for the provision of the Service;
(5) The Authorized User acknowledges that it has not the right to make any claim against the Company regardless of cause of claim including a claim for damages or to pursue the Company’s responsibility in connection with the Service, and the Authorized User shall not make any claim whatsoever against the Company or pursue the Company’s responsibility.
5. Use of the Service by an Authorized User shall be deemed as use of the Service by the Customer. The Customer shall assume full responsibility for such use of the Service by the Authorized User, and, if the Customer, etc. causes damages to the Company intentionally or negligently, the Customer shall compensate the Company for such damages.
6. A problem, a dispute, etc. that occurs between the Customer and an Authorized User in connection with use of the Service shall be settled at the responsibility and cost of the Customer, and the Customer shall not let such a problem or dispute cause any trouble to the Company.
