Common use of Use by Presenter Clause in Contracts

Use by Presenter. Where the Engager is to be presented by another party, the Engager may provide up to five (5) minutes of recorded material of a production to the presenter for the purposes of publicizing and promoting the production. The Engager warrants that it is responsible for any misuse of the material. The Engager will take whatever steps it deems necessary to ensure that the recorded material is not repackaged in any way nor may the recorded material be used for any other purpose than to promote and publicize the production.
