- USE, DISTRIBUTION AND PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION. 1. The Contractor shall authorise the European Parliament to process, use, distribute and publish, for whatever purpose, by whatever means and on whatever medium, any data contained in or relating to the contract, in particular the identity of the Contractor, the subject and duration of the contract, the amount paid and the reports. In the case of personal data, the relevant provisions of the Specific Terms and Conditions shall apply.
