- USE, DISTRIBUTION AND PUBLICATION OF INFORMATION. II.10.1 The Contractor shall authorise EMSA to process, use, distribute and publish, for whatever purpose, by whatever means and on whatever medium, any data contained in or relating to the Contract, in particular the identity of the Contractor, the subject matter, the duration, the amount paid and the reports. Where personal data is concerned, Article I.9 shall apply. II.10.2 Unless otherwise provided by the Special Conditions, EMSA shall not be required to distribute or publish documents or information supplied in performance of the Contract. If it decides not to publish the documents or information supplied, the Contractor may not have them distributed or published elsewhere without prior written authorisation from EMSA.
