Use in Other Podcasts. SAMPLE If Producer intends to use Covered Advertisements in other audio podcasts, Producer shall negotiate with and obtain consent of Performer(s) for use of the Covered Advertisements produced under this Agreement in other podcasts. The consent required under this section may be obtained at the time of employment and set forth in each Performer’s employment contract.
