USE LIMITATIONS; TITLE; INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY INDEMNITY; LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. Any and all Upgrades and Fixes provided to You pursuant to this Support Agreement shall constitute RSA Software under the License Agreement. As such the parties' respective interests and obligations relating to the RSA Software, including but not limited to license and ownership rights thereto, use limitations (if any), intellectual property indemnity and limitation of liability, shall be governed by the terms of the License Agreement.
