Common use of Use of a Depository Clause in Contracts

Use of a Depository. Provided (i) the Bank has received a certified copy of a resolution of the Fund's Board of Trustees specifically approving deposits in DTC or other such Depository and (ii) for each year following such approval, the Board of Trustees f the Fund has received and approved the arrangement and has not delivered an Officer's Certificate to the Bank indicating that it has withdrawn its approval:
