Common use of Use of Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Use of Affiliates. At Licensor’s option, any of Licensor’s rights under this Agreement may be exercised by any Affiliate of Licensor. Further, at Licensor’s option, any of Licensor’s obligations under this Agreement may be performed by any Affiliate of Licensor, and such obligations will be deemed satisfied upon performance by such Affiliate. For the avoidance of doubt, nothing contained in this Article 2.3 shall relieve Licensee of any of its obligations hereunder unless fully performed by its Affiliate.
