Each Party agrees that it will maintain in confidence, and not disclose, the terms of this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party, except as authorized under Subsections (a), (b), (c), or (d) of Section 6.2. In addition, if a Party receives a request from an authorized representative of a U.S. or foreign tax authority for a copy of the Agreement, that Party may provide a copy of the Agreement to such tax authority representative without advance notice to, or the consent or cooperation of, the other Party, but the disclosing Party must notify the other Party of the disclosure as soon as practical.

The main objective of this project is to introduce a basic framework of inclusive values into everyday school practices, support the creation of an inclusive culture and making of inclusive policies, as well as developing inclusive practices in the school in order to enhance social inclusion of pupils from Roma communities. By implementing this project, we would like to create a functional multicultural and inclusive environment as well as a positive culture and climate within the school, friendly and supportive of all the school pupils, both Roma and non-Roma. We would like to prepare the individual school staff members for a successful implementation of inclusive practices with a long-term sustainability. The implementation of the project will take place in the form of 4 basic, main project activities: Activity 1 - Discussions and seminars Activity 2 – Building a better school environment for all Activity 3 – Learning through experience - excursions Activity 4 – Community sport activities. All the activities were defined during the all school and all community participative processes organized by the facilitator and school staff (mainly class meetings and whole-school meetings). All the relevant stakeholders active in the municipality will be engaged in the project activities, we will engage people from the municipal institutions such as the elementary school, kindergarten and the municipality office, but also the most important stakeholders – the elementary school pupils from the Roma community as well as from the majority.
