Common use of Use of Affiliates Clause in Contracts

Use of Affiliates. To the extent that this Agreement imposes an obligation on an Affiliate of a Party, such Party agrees that it will cause such Affiliate to perform such obligation. To the extent that this Agreement allows an Affiliate of a Party to perform its obligations or duties hereunder, such Affiliate may do so, provided that the Party will remain liable hereunder.

Use of Affiliates.
