USE OF AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS. With CITY’s prior written approval, CONSULTANT may employ, engage, or retain the services of persons or entities (“Subconsultants”) that CONSULTANT may deem proper to aid or assist in the proper performance of CONSULTANT’s duties. CITY is an intended beneficiary of all work that the Subconsultants perform for purposes of establishing a duty of care between the Subconsultants and CITY. CONSULTANT is as responsible for the performance of its Subconsultants as it would be if it had rendered the Services itself. All costs of the tasks performed or the expenses incurred by the Subconsultants are chargeable directly to CONSULTANT. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes or creates a contractual relationship between CITY and anyone other than CONSULTANT.
USE OF AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS. 2.1 To the extent reasonably necessary to enable the CONTRACTOR to perform its work hereunder, the CONTRACTOR shall be authorized to engage the services of any agents or assistants which it may deem proper, and may further employ, engage, or retain the services of such other persons or corporations to aid or assist in the proper performance of its duties. All costs of the services of, or expenses incurred by, such agents or assistants shall be paid by the CONTRACTOR.
USE OF AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS. To the extent reasonably necessary to enable ITWA to perform its duties as set forth in Section 2 hereunder, ITWA shall be authorized to engage the services of any agent which it deems proper, and it may further employ, engage, or retain the services of such other persons or corporations ("Agents") to aid or assist it in the proper performance of its duties. Any Agents engaged by ITWA shall be subject to all of the restrictions imposed upon ITWA by this Agreement, and ITWA shall use its best efforts to ensure that any Agents are bound by the restrictions.
USE OF AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS. To the extent reasonably necessary to enable the Consultant to perform the duties under this Agreement, the Consultant is authorized to engage the services of any agents or assistants that the Consultant may deem proper and further
USE OF AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS. Bolsover Endeavours shall engage the services of any agents or assistants which it may deem proper, and it may further employ, engage, or retain the services of such other persons or corporations to aid or assist in the proper performance of its duties. The costs of the services of such agents or assistants shall be chargeable to Bolsover Endeavours, and any expenses incurred by Bolsover Endeavours or Professional in engaging such agents or assistants shall be paid by Bolsover Endeavours, unless any such expenditures are previously approved in writing by the Company or are contained within an approved budget. Without limiting the foregoing, the parties acknowledge and agree that Bolsover Endeavours shall at all times use, and that the Company specifically requires and has bargained under the terms of this Agreement for the use of, Professional.
USE OF AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS. (a) The CLIENT shall be authorized to engage the services of sub-agents or assistants for the purpose of marketing the legal services that will be provided by the FIRM, at the request of the CLIENT and/or SUB- CLIENTS.
(b) The CLIENT may further employ, engage, or retain the services of such other persons or companies to aid or assist in the proper performance of the CLIENT’s marketing efforts, provided that:
(c) The cost of the services of such agents or assistants shall be the exclusive responsibility of the CLIENT as well as any expenses incurred by the CLIENT in engaging such agents or assistants; and
(d) The FIRM shall not be liable to reimburse the CLIENT for any such expenses.
USE OF AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS. Concierge is authorized to engage the services of any agents, assistants, persons, corporations, or subcontractors that it determines reasonably necessary to aid or assist in the proper performance of its obligations pursuant to this Agreement. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, the cost of said services will be paid by Concierge.
USE OF AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS. MC STAR is authorized to engage the services of any agents, assistants, persons, or corporations that it determines proper to aid or assist in the management and operations of said Terminal. The cost of this assistance will be borne solely by MC STAR. Fee
USE OF AGENTS OR ASSISTANTS. The services to be rendered hereunder shall be performed by the REFERRAL AGENT. To a reasonable extent, the REFERRAL AGENT shall be authorized to engage the services of sub-agents or assistants. The REFERRAL AGENT may further employ, engage, or retain the services of such other persons or companies to aid or assist in the proper performance of duties, provided that:
(a) The cost of the services of such agents or assistants shall be the exclusive responsibility of the REFERRAL AGENT as well as any expenses incurred in engaging such agents or assistants; and
(b) The FIRM shall not be liable to reimburse any such expenses.
