Common use of Use of Anonymized Student Data Clause in Contracts

Use of Anonymized Student Data. You agree that we may collect and, both during and after the term of this Agreement, use data derived from Student Data for our own purposes, provided that such data will be de-identified and/or aggregated to reasonably avoid identification of a specific Authorized User or individual.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the parties understand and agree that Company shall have the right to access and use any and all Customer Data, to which Company is provided access, in order to manage Company’s data network and support and update the Software.
