Common use of Use of Apollo Services Clause in Contracts

Use of Apollo Services. In providing Contractor’s United Express Services, Contractor will only use Apollo Services, including United’s automated check-in, United’s ticketing (including United’s electronic ticketing service, E-TicketSM) and boarding passes, advance seat reservation system and United’s automated baggage tag printing and baggage tracing systems.

In selling and providing Contractor’s 's United Express Services, Contractor will only use Apollo Services, including United’s 's automated check-in, United’s 's ticketing (including United’s 's electronic ticketing service, E-TicketSMTicket(SM)) and boarding passes, advance seat reservation system and United’s 's automated baggage tag printing and baggage tracing systems.
