Common use of Use of Application Credentials Clause in Contracts

Use of Application Credentials. The Restaurateur is solely responsible for the use of its login credentials (username and password) and shall not disclose them to any third party. In the event of login credentials being lost or disclosed to third parties, the Restaurateur agrees to immediately notify TheFork through the communication channels made available by TheFork, typically a dedicated staff representative (Account Manager) or via email at xxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xx. The Restaurateur agrees to apply all necessary security measures, in particular where login credentials are concerned, specifically to prevent their disclosure to third parties. In particular, the Restaurateur shall not disclose its login credentials to any third-party reservation services or insert the email or telephone number of a third party reservation service in any field of the Application.
