Use of Assets. Agent shall be satisfied that Borrower at all times shall be entitled to the use and quiet enjoyment of all Property necessary for the continued ownership and operation of Borrower's Paging Business, except where the failure to be entitled to such use and quiet enjoyment could not reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
