Common use of Use of Author’s Name and Likeness Clause in Contracts

Use of Author’s Name and Likeness. The ‘Publisher’ shall have the right to use, and to license others to use, the ‘Author’s’ name, image, likeness, and biographical material for advertising, promotion, and other exploitation of the ‘Article’ and the other rights granted under this Agreement.
